Dr. Brendan Chin is a dedicated general practitioner with a clinical interest in primary eye care. A graduate from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine at the National University of Singapore (NUS), Dr. Chin has extensive experience across various medical disciplines including Orthopedics, Accident & Emergency, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, and Ophthalmology. He is also a certified Designated Workplace Doctor for Compressed Air Works.

Dr. Chin's passion for primary eye care was ignited during his rotations in the Ophthalmology departments of the National Healthcare Group Eye Institute (NHGEI), where he treated a wide range of eye conditions. Before joining the Straits Eye Centre, he led the MSC Clinic as the medical director, focusing on myopia control in children and providing community eye care.
